Step 2: Meeting with Board
We’ll work with Property Managers and/or HOA Boards to discuss the project needs and approve materials before we move forward.
Step 3: Meeting with Insurance Adjusters
With almost 20 years of experience of handling insurance claims, we know how to make this process run smoothly and seamlessly. We’ll meet with your insurance adjuster to discuss the damage, contractor pricing, and the scope of the repairs.
Step 4: Schedule the Project
We’ll get the project scheduled right away – and in a time frame that is conducive to your needs.
Step 5: Coordinate Materials, Labor and Onsite Facilities
We’ll make sure that everything is ready to go so that we can start on time with your project and finish on schedule.
Step 6: Complete the Work
We’ll complete your work in a timely and professional manner, keeping your property clean and functional every day. We’ll also secure the final city inspections needed to finish the project and submit the final invoice.
