We’ll examine your property, determine if there are any issues, and help you find the maintenance, repair, monitoring, or installation solution you need. Roof Inspection
During our FREE inspection, our experienced team will examine your roof, write a report, and deliver our findings to you so that you can decide how to proceed! This report includes:
- A detailed cost estimate for any repair work you might need
- The estimated remaining life of your roof
- An estimated budget for annual repairs until replacement
We’ll provide you with all of the information you need to make the best decisions you can for your property!
Roof Installation
We provide high-detail bids and proposals for roof installations. We also utilize design programs to show you different options and colors so that you have all the information you need to make the right decision for your property.
Once we’ve started your project, you’ll have complete visibility. Simply log in to our online service 24/7 to view a project map, see your project’s schedule, and access documentation.
Weekly meetings will keep you updated on your project’s progress, and at least one field manager will be onsite during all working hours to coordinate materials and labor, answer your questions, and respond quickly should any issues occur.
Roof Maintenance & Repair
Parsons Construction provides essential roof maintenance and repairs, and onsite cleanup of shingles and debris from hail or wind damage. Whether you need to schedule a repair or get emergency help after a storm, the Parsons Team will be onsite quickly, with the right equipment to get the job done!
Roof Monitoring
We offer yearly inspections, as well as monthly monitoring and tracking. With each inspection, we provide a detailed report outlining any repairs you might need and their estimated cost, the remaining life of your roof, and recommendations to keep things running smoothly.
