We begin with a FREE annual roof inspection, which we document thoroughly. We take photos, note any issues found, and make sound repair recommendations.

Reporting

We compile all of our documentation and data into a comprehensive, full-color report that is delivered to your board and to the Property Manger annually. This report makes it simple to keep track of your properties’ needs.

Repairs

At Parsons Construction, we’ll never try to sell you on a repair you don’t really need. You can trust us to recommend repairs that are actually necessary to keep your building functioning well. Additionally, we’ll prepare a detailed repair cost estimate so that your board can make an educated decision about next steps.

Monitoring

We’ll help you to keep your roof functioning properly by monitoring it throughout the year. If we notice issues that would support a mid-year inspection, we’ll let you know!

We archive all of your data in our database, giving you have 24/7 online access to all of your information. You’ll never have to worry about calling someone in the office to get an important document – everything you need is at your fingertips, whenever you need it!
